In case you are contacting us regarding a concern with one of our products you purchased, please include as much information as possible in your submission. Typically, we would like to have the sell by date from the container along with any other information printed next to it, such as batch number and/or plant code (located on the front of the milk jugs, bottles, and cartons and on the bottom of the yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, or dip cups). This information will help us identify more precisely the processing time/batch and we can solve your inquiry promptly, without having to take up more of your valuable time.
