UPSTATE NIAGARA WINS DOT FOODS QUALITY & SERVICE AWARD
FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

BUFFALO, NY – For the second year in a row, Upstate Niagara has been named a Quality & Service Award Winner by Dot Foods, the largest foodservice redistribution company in the United States. Out of Dot’s 650+ manufacturer partners, Upstate Niagara was one of only 15 to earn this honor in 2013.

Every year Dot Foods presents this prestigious award to valued supplier partners that provide exceptional service. To qualify for this recognition, Upstate Niagara hit every one of Dot Foods’ rigorous benchmarks, which include providing an overall inbound service level above 98%, maintaining a load time for Dot Foods trucks in under two hours, and successfully creating a profitable fiscal year for the company.

As part of the award, Upstate Niagara will receive special recognition at Dot Food headquarters, on the company’s Dot Expressway® website, and at various marketing events throughout the year.
