Win Great Bills Game Day Packages All Season Long!

Upstate Farms is teaming up with Tops Friendly Markets this football season to reward customers by sending them to the game! For each Bills home game this year played at Ralph Wilson Stadium, Upstate Farms will give away 2 ‘Game Day’ prize packages, each consisting of 2 tickets to the game and 2 exclusive pre-game on-field passes

How To Enter

Registering for each of the 7 Upstate Farms ‘Game Day Giveaway’ prize drawings is easy! Every time you use your Bonus Card to purchase any Upstate Farms gallon or half gallon milk at your neighborhood Tops, you are automatically entered into the next drawing. The registration periods for each ‘Game Day’ package are below…and individuals can earn multiple entries during each period.

Purchase is not required in order to register to win... Individuals can also enter each drawing by mailing a 3x5 index card containing their name, mailing address, and telephone number to Upstate Farms, Attn: GameDay Giveaway, 25 Anderson Rd, Buffalo, NY 14225. Mail-in entries are limited to one per person per drawing period.

Eligibility

The Upstate Farms ‘Game Day Giveaway’ promotion is open to all individuals 18 years or older by 9/01/09. Employees or family members of employees of Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Tops Markets, the Buffalo Bills, or their parents or subsidiaries are not eligible to be awarded prizes in this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Odds of winning depend on the number of Tops Bonus Card and website entries.

General Conditions

The winners for each game will be selected the day after each registration period ends via a random drawing from a combined listing of both Tops Bonus Card entrants and website entrants. Upstate Farms will attempt to notify each winner that day, and will continue to attempt to notify the winner for 2 additional days…if Upstate Farms is unable to contact the winner during that time, that individual will forfeit their prize and another winner will be chosen from the remaining pool of entrants. Neither Upstate Niagara Cooperative nor Tops Markets are responsible for technical failure of any kind resulting in non-submission of online entries.

Prize

For each Buffalo Bills home game, two winners will receive the following elements as part of their Upstate Farms ‘GameDay Giveaway’ prize pack: two (2) lower-level tickets to the Buffalo Bills football game as indicated in the above drawing schedule, and 2 (2) pre-game on-field passes for the corresponding game. Upstate Niagara Cooperative reserves the right to substitute and change any of the prize elements as is deemed necessary. Upstate Niagara Cooperative also reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible for winners’ limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize. All individuals participating in the grand prize will be required to sign a waiver freeing Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Tops Markets, and the Buffalo Bills from any responsibility for any injuries or damage to persons or property from any aspect of the promotional prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winners’ agreement and consent that Upstate Niagara Cooperative may use the winners’ name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
